Foods that is. Seeing that part of TupperCooks! mission is to highlight local dining and foods it was an easy choice to pick Well Dressed Foods for a post. What made it easy was A) It's located right here in Tupper Lake and B) They feature foods and products produced locally with an Adirondack flair.
The store is cozy and chock-full of their products. I have to admit I was a little overwhelmed with the selection, kind of like kid in the candy shop overwhelmed.
Jams, honey, toppings, grilling sauce and dry rubs to name a few.
And they've got these cool fishing creels which David, the owner, told me are very popular as gift baskets.
So after a nice visit I was off with a couple of bags of Adirondack Crunchy Granola and a handful of recipe cards. Tomorrow we're making some Adirondack Crunchy Granola Cookies or maybe the Crunchy Granola Scones......Hmmmmm, might have to flip a coin.
Well Dressed Foods has quality foods and has won many accolades locally and nationally.
