Cheese, Part deux......

I ran across this a few weeks ago, the most expensive cheddar in the US.  And I gotta admit I'm tempted to try it, even if it is $50 a pound. Aged for 15 years, it must be tremendous.



 
Doesn't that make your mouth water?
