This is the time of year that we make our weekend trips to camp in Cape Vincent, NY.
Camp is a special place, located on the St. Lawrence River.
Our camp itself is nothing special, a 40 year old single wide trailer, with 2 bedrooms and a bath and a half.
But the fact that we've got Pop's boat there and the friendships we've made make it my favorite place to be in the summer.

ReplyDeleteOh dude, I'm crushed. Here I've been thinking, when you said you were going off to camp, that you were going to some kid's kinda camp, where you spent all your free summer leisure time helping under-privileged city kids discover nature, ... or something like that.
