Meat ball......

hoagie, sub, hero, whatever!

With temps regularly dipping below zero, 'tis the time of year for comfort food.
Hot meatball subs fall into that category. 

Made these mid-week, quick and filling on a cool January night.

 Homemade sauce......


Homemade meatablls. Ended up with two extra guests for supper, so I split the meatballs.
Should have doubled the batch from the start!

Cheese on the sauce....


Put 'em under the broiler for a minute or two and viola'! 
Hot meatball sub!
