Pav's Steaks......
Just had to share the pic of my blogging bro's Wagyu steaks.
Pav did a post a little while ago on Wagyu and the farming involved.
Oh yeah, aaaaaaaaand I forgot to mention.... there are two of these with my name on them... just sayin (yeah, I'm an arse!)! But the pictures look good too!
I'm so stumped as to how I'm gonna use them. I'm not sure which cut I'll get yet, but I'm thinking tartare...and just an absolute jet engine sear for a med-rare finish for the other...there will be pics forthcoming my brother from anotha motha!
