Wagyu.....
My blogging buddy Pav recently did a great post about Wagyu beef on a farm in Vermont.
Great read and information for the Meateaters out there!
That Pav is awesome, seriously! The farm's kinda cool too! Ok seriously seriously, Thanks for the post Tupper... you're the goods! I hope everybody who reads it will either enjoy it, or at least get something out of it.
I do my own ground beef, mostly 'cause I don't want shit mixed in with my beef, and I just watched an old Bourdain where they were making burgers out of really expensive prime rib. I've never yet tasted wagyu, but if I ever do, I think I'd best enjoy it as a prime rib burger!
Hey Tup, your boys are playing and your off talking about wagyu? What if they find out? Come on son - let's put our priorities in order. Did you even see the scary game?
